Ezus is opening an office in Buenos Aires. The software provider for travel agencies, DMCs and tour operators is placing a team there to cover American time zones, as its clients operate from more than 70 countries.
A travel agency works on its travellers' hours, not on its software vendor's. For an agency based in Latin America or North America, a question asked first thing in the morning lands at the end of the day in Paris. The gap does not block anything, it slows things down, and it is paid for on live files.
