Collection moves into the travel project: deposits, balances and extras tracked in one place, with no additional subscription.

Paris, 2 September 2026

Ezus is launching Ezus Pay, its native payment platform for travel agencies, DMCs and tour operators. Built on Stripe payment infrastructure, it replaces and expands the existing Ezus payment link by connecting collection directly to the travel project: deposits, balances or additional amounts, reconciled with the right booking. It is available on every Ezus account, with no additional subscription and no activation fee.

On a bespoke trip, payment is one of the last points where a sale can still break. According to the Ecommpay Travel Payments Benchmark 2026, 37% of travel booking drop-offs are payment related, while the Nuvei / Edgar, Dunn & Company 2025 study finds that 59% of travellers give up when their preferred payment method is missing. Amounts are often high and collection is split between a deposit, a balance before departure and extras along the way. Every step handled manually, from sending an IBAN by email to chasing a transfer or matching a payment to the right file, adds days to the cycle.

From payment link to payment workflow

Payment links are generated directly from the travel project, for a deposit, a balance or a custom amount. Once payment is received, Ezus Pay reconciles it with the corresponding booking and updates the amount collected and the amount remaining due. The traveller receives a confirmation email and the agency is notified immediately.

A payment experience built around the trip

The checkout carries the agency's logo and colours and is available in five languages, on desktop and mobile. Travellers pay by card or SEPA transfer, with 3D Secure authentication and card data handled through Stripe PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. The checkout can also be embedded in the client space generated in Ezus, so travellers confirm and pay without leaving their travel portal.

A clearer view on cash

Visibility works at two levels: per booking, how much has been collected and what remains due, and across the portfolio, collected payments, upcoming amounts and overdue bookings in a single view. A failed card payment is visible immediately, without waiting for a bank reconciliation.

Native to Ezus, open beyond Ezus

Ezus Pay is natively integrated with Ezus and was designed as an independent payment platform. Its checkout can be embedded on external websites, and its public API and webhooks let agencies and technology partners connect payment information to their own systems.

“An agency can spend three weeks building a trip and lose the file at the moment of payment. Collection was the last link in the chain still sitting outside the software. There was no reason for it to stay there.”
Charles Gombert, co-founder and CEO of Ezus
