What is Ezus Pay?

Ezus's native payment platform. You collect, reconcile and track all payments for your trips without leaving Ezus. It is built on Stripe's payment infrastructure.

How do I activate Ezus Pay?

Account setup is handled by our team: there is no configuration for you to do. If you use the Stripe integration, your Customer Success Manager will help you switch to Ezus Pay.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA transfer. SEPA transfer is only available in euros, for clients based in Europe.

How much does Ezus Pay cost?

The fee depends on the card used, from 1.19% + €0.30 per transaction. SEPA transfers are 0.3% and currency conversion is 2%. Ezus covers the setup, payout and monthly account management fees.

Do payments show up in Ezus?

Yes. Payments are automatically matched to your projects, with no re-entry or manual reconciliation. You receive a confirmation email as soon as a payment succeeds.

Are payments secure?

Yes: 3D Secure authentication and PCI-DSS compliance, thanks to Stripe's infrastructure. No bank details pass through Ezus.

When do I receive the funds?

You set the frequency of payouts to your bank account. Fees are deducted at the time of payout.

Can I collect payments from my website?

Yes. The Ezus Pay checkout can be embedded on external websites, and its public API and webhooks let you connect payment information to your systems.
