How do subscriptions work?

Our subscriptions are based on the number of users. We do not limit the number of user seats.

You can add users to your account at any time.

Billing is done on an annual basis with automatic renewal which can be stopped at any time. Payment confirms your subscription, but it only begins after your training kickoff meeting date.

Can I add a collaborator uniquely for specific tasks?

Of course.

The "Administrator" can assign roles to each user in his workspace. Ezus is provided with enhanced Rights management, which allows you to distinguish the roles and rights of each team member.

Can several people work on the database at the same time?

As a Travel SaaS = Software as a Service, Ezus is an online software that only needs an internet connection.
Thus, all modifications are done in real time.

Through its ergonomic design, Ezus also offers collaborative project management functions such as the Pipeline view, filters and Tasks.

How safe is my data once in the software?

In fact, in our portfolio of over 400 agencies, we have certain customers who require confidentiality and security.

Our technical team is responsible for following GDPR guidelines and setting up processes for encrypting, backing up, and protecting your data. Storage is done on servers depending on the zone: AWS Ireland in Europe, or AWS USA in North America, for example.

For more information on the subject of confidentiality and data protection at Ezus, please contact your sales representative, who can send you our DPA (Data Processing Agreement) or SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Do I need specific skills?

Not at all.

The software is designed to be as intuitive as possible. You also get tutorials, an FAQ, and a help center with many resources. Depending on your subscription, you can also benefit from training slots with a dedicated Account Manager.

At any time you can contact support via online chat, phone, or email.

How do I subscribe to a plan?

After booking a demo, we'll share with you some documents including a commercial contract in which our T&Cs and the detailed offer are explained.

At any moment, you can switch from a Professional to a Premium plan online.

What are the payment methods accepted?

Subscription payments can be made either by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX...) or by SEPA transfer (European bank accounts).
Subscriptions are made online via a secure payment area shared when the contract is signed.

We accept payment in euros (€) and dollars ($).

For other payment methods and/or currencies, simply ask your contact!

How does a training session work?

In addition to documentation and well-thought-out software, you can get help in 4 different languages from the friendly experts at Ezus!

All training is customized according to the type of agency and its needs on their travel production software. Generally, the summary is shared at the start of the exchange, and the trainer can also access the user's account and propose a video recording. The exchange takes place online via video-conferencing, and can sometimes be done in person, depending on your location.

Training slots are available according to your subscription plan and can be purchased at extra cost.

Are there any tax charges?

All prices are displayed without any VAT.

If your company is registered in France, you will be charged French VAT (20%).
If your company is registered in European Union (UE) you'll need to share your VAT number to be exempted.

All other countries are not subject to tax on our services.
