Can I see Ezus before committing?

Yes. Book a demo: we set up a first trip together on your own use cases, so you see the product concretely before deciding anything. Your subscription only starts once your onboarding is launched.

How does billing work?

Subscriptions are annual, billed per user, and renew automatically. Payment confirms the subscription, but it only starts from your onboarding kick-off meeting.

Can I change plan, add or remove users?

Yes, at any time. Moving from Professional to Premium is done online. Users you add are billed pro rata, and can be given custom rights.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, the subscription can be cancelled and is not renewed if you stop it. The detailed terms are set out in your service agreement.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Prices shown are excluding tax, per user. The only additional fee is the Onboarding Pack, a one-time 1,990€ excluding tax. The à la carte services (training, imports, customizations) are only billed if you choose them.

What does the Onboarding Pack include?

A one-time fee of 1,990€ excluding tax: a dedicated Onboarding Specialist, 3 configuration sessions of 1 hour, 2 training sessions with an Expert Account Manager, and access to the Template Gallery and onboarding resources, in English, French or Spanish.

Is the Onboarding Pack mandatory?

Yes, the Onboarding Pack is required once, at the start. It is what guarantees your account is properly configured and your team genuinely operational, not just activated. The other services, extra training, imports and customizations, stay entirely optional.

How long before we are up and running?

Most agencies are autonomous within a few weeks. Your Onboarding Specialist adapts the pace, from kick-off to configuration, training and go-live, to your team and your priorities.

Does my subscription include updates and new features?

Yes, every Ezus improvement is included in your subscription. Our in-house technical team, made of carefully selected engineers, keeps improving the platform, with new releases going live almost every week for several years now. And because Ezus evolves with its users, you can submit your own ideas and contribute to future improvements.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes, two options: formatted import, where your data goes into our template, at 390€ excluding tax; and for raw data, send us a sample and our expert comes back with a quote matching the real work involved. Data import is included with Enterprise.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Ezus is GDPR compliant (DPA on request), with encryption, backups and AWS hosting (Ireland for Europe). Single sign-on (SSO) and granular rights management are available.

Can I get my data back if I leave Ezus?

Yes, your data belongs to you. You can export your documents at any time (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and an export of your data can be provided on request. Nothing is held captive.

Does Ezus integrate with my existing tools?

Yes: public API (Premium), custom workflows (Enterprise), plus custom exports, webhooks, SSO and connection to thousands of tools through no-code connectors.

Which payment methods and currencies do you accept?

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), SEPA transfer for European accounts, or international transfer. Payment can also be made in euros or in US dollars on request.
