KIGO Travel is a tailor-made travel agency based in Kyoto, founded by Mayu K., a passionate travel consultant. With over ten years' experience in the tourism industry, Mayu decided in 2023 to set up her own agency to offer personalised services to international travellers wishing to discover Japan in an authentic way. Her approach focuses on creating unique itineraries, with an emphasis on local cultural experiences and meaningful interactions with artisans and the Japanese community.
The transition to Ezus
As an entrepreneur running her own agency, Mayu was looking for an efficient solution to optimise the management of her quotes and itineraries. Ezus proved to be the ideal tool thanks to its intuitive quotation system, which was perfectly integrated with Google Spreadsheets, enabling precise tracking of tour status. This integration has considerably reduced the time spent organising trips, while maintaining a high level of personalisation and professionalism in the proposals sent to customers.
