KIGO Travel is a tailor-made travel agency based in Kyoto, founded by Mayu K., a passionate travel consultant. With over ten years' experience in the tourism industry, Mayu decided in 2023 to set up her own agency to offer personalised services to international travellers wishing to discover Japan in an authentic way.

Her approach focuses on creating unique itineraries, with an emphasis on local cultural experiences and meaningful interactions with artisans and the Japanese community.
