Travel Exclusive Asia is a dynamic incoming DMC based in Bangkok, celebrating 10 years in the business in 2026. Founded by Andre van der Marck, the company operates from its Bangkok mission control center with branch offices across Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Indonesia.
The team of around 20 colleagues serves B2B partners from Western Europe, America, Australia, and New Zealand. They handle individual travel (FIT), groups, and a lot of MICE work, with a clear focus on tailor-made journeys that immerse travelers in local cultures. The philosophy is simple: do things differently from the rest of the DMC industry, with a personal touch and exclusive B2B partnerships.
What do you like best about Ezus?
"The software itself is very simple to use, has a very fine and clear user interface, and it makes for very fast and easy quoting for our team. The development team is in-house, run by people from this industry who had their own frustration years ago about not finding a 100% solution-based system for DMCs. They listen to us, we have meetings with their development team quite often, and that goes up to the level of the CEO who has personal contact with us here in the office."
What problems is Ezus solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Before Ezus, we used Word and Excel. The problem with that is a slow process, very prone to mistakes, either in the calculation, in the layout, or in the dates. It took us a long time to get one quote out, which meant that every time we landed a new partner, we needed to add extra personnel. It was very costly to work in the old-fashioned way."
"Now, if a partner wants to change arrival dates, flights, or swap a day in Bangkok for a day in Phuket, what used to take 15 to 20 minutes is done in a maximum of 5 minutes. We deliver more quotes in the same amount of time and we have grown nicely in the last 6 or 7 months without having to get new people on board."

"You've been a great partner to further develop the system. The team listens, they give clear timelines, and the value for money we pay per user per year is top notch. The client space is the feature I personally like very much: we create a link sent via the tour operator, also via WhatsApp, where clients find all the information on a day-by-day level while traveling. Pickup times, guide meeting points, train tickets, flight tickets, boat tickets. The link stays the same and updates automatically when we adjust the quote. A very user-friendly system, easy to use."
