Founded with a passion for sharing Turkey's cultural richness, SGA Travel (Small Group Adventures) grew from 15 years of hands-on industry experience, building expertise from ground operations to management in global travel companies. Based in Istanbul, this Travelife Certified DMC specializes in small group and tailor-made adventures across Turkey, from Istanbul's bustling streets to Cappadocia's fairy chimneys.

Committed to sustainable and responsible tourism, SGA Travel stands out for its Women Empowerment project, selected by Travelife as a showcase initiative for European operators. Combining global safety standards with deep local knowledge, they craft authentic experiences that respect local communities, protect the environment, and go beyond typical guidebooks. Their values of gender equality, transparency, and anti-overtourism guide every journey they design, creating meaningful travel that benefits both travelers and Turkey's communities.

The transition to Ezus

SGA Travel selected Ezus to bring organization and efficiency to their tour package design process. Managing a diverse portfolio of experiences across Turkey, from cultural tours to adventure activities, they needed a centralized platform where all their data (prices, descriptions, activities, hotels, transport, and images) could be stored and easily accessed. The promise of streamlined package creation, where they could simply select elements without constantly rechecking information, was particularly appealing. Most importantly, the automated generation of professional presentation slides for customers offered a significant time-saving advantage. While they recognized that the initial data upload would require investment, the team saw the long-term value in having a well-organized system that would transform how they create and present offers to travelers.
