Their Story

Founded by Patricio Von Mühlenbrock and Allan Guiloff, Protrip was born from a shared passion for exploration discovered while rock climbing in Cajón del Maipo. To redefine luxury travel in Chile, they traveled extensively through Europe to understand what high-end agencies need from a DMC, then spent a year exploring Chile from end to end, refining logistics and selecting the best local providers.

Based in Santiago, this boutique DMC specializes in bespoke FIT and small group journeys across Chile and Antarctica. Combining deep local expertise with seamless execution and 24/7 support, they craft immersive experiences guided by three core values: hospitality, authenticity, and local development. From the Atacama Desert to Patagonian glaciers, every journey blends adventure with comfort while positively impacting local communities.

What do you like best about Ezus?

"Ezus provides really good solutions for DMCs, with a centralized platform to design, quote, track finances, and present programs. The real dealbreaker with Ezus in our case was 100% the customer service.

We’ve just started our second year, and it was only thanks to Nataly. After the first year, we had a lot of suggestions and requirements to make the platform truly suitable for us. What do you dislike about Ezus?

"The uploading process and the programming of the templates is a little overwhelming and time consuming, but I guess that's part of every software acquisition..."

What problems is Ezus solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Ezus help us quote faster than we used to. Now we are wroking also in design a good template to create a good "client's space".
