Frequently asked questions

Will AI replace my team?

No. It frees you from repetitive tasks: data entry, copy-paste, looking up information. Your team can focus on what matters: advising your clients and creating unique trips.

Is my data protected?

Yes. Your data is hosted on AWS, in Ireland for European accounts, and Ezus is GDPR compliant. When you connect Claude, it uses your own Ezus account and only sees what your user rights allow. The connector reads your data in real time, with no export or copy elsewhere. By default, it can only view your data; write access is turned on at your request. Before any change, it shows you a preview and waits for your go-ahead, and it can't delete anything.
