The problem: payment is online, tracking is not
The payment link made life easier for travellers: one click, one card, done. For the agency, the work often started afterwards.
- Manual re-entry. Every payment received had to be copied into the project.
- A wrong status until someone enters it. The file says “unpaid” when the money has already arrived.
- Pointless reminders. Chasing a client who has already paid is the kind of mistake people notice.
- Links that fall behind the project. The amount changes, the dates move, the link stays on the old version.
What changes: Ezus and Ezus Pay talk both ways 🔄
Ezus Pay is the native Ezus payment platform, built for tailor-made travel. Ezus Pay creates and manages the links, Ezus displays them in your projects and in your travellers' Client Space.
From payment to project
When a traveller pays an Ezus Pay link, the payment is recorded automatically on the project. You also get a confirmation email for every successful payment.
From project to payment
When a project linked to Ezus Pay changes in Ezus (amount, dates, travellers, client), the matching Ezus Pay record is refreshed automatically. Your links stay up to date.
The flow, in short
- Sync the project from Finances > Sales > Payment links, with the “Sync this project with Ezus Pay” button.
- Create the link in Ezus Pay: amount, currency, payment details. It appears in the project's Payment links table.
- Share it in the Client Space by turning on the Ezus Pay button, or by email, WhatsApp or any other channel.
- Track your payments in Ezus Pay: received, upcoming and overdue, per project or across your whole portfolio.
A real-life example
👉 A couple confirms their honeymoon on a Friday evening and pays the deposit from the Client Space.
Before: on Monday morning, someone spots the confirmation email, opens the project and enters the payment. Meanwhile, a colleague may have chased the client for a deposit already paid.
Now: the payment is already on the project on Monday morning. The file shows the right status and the team can confirm supplier bookings.

Good to know before you activate ℹ️
- Your Ezus account must be connected to Ezus Pay. The sync banner only appears if it is.
- A new project is always sent to Ezus Pay from Ezus, with the project sync button.
- Fees start at 1.19% + €0.30 per transaction. Full terms are in the help centre.
- Still using the old Stripe integration? It keeps working. To switch to Ezus Pay, contact your Customer Success Manager.

A trip is only truly confirmed once the deposit is collected. As long as that information lives in an email, your project lags behind reality.
