A branded Client Space, with no direct links to your suppliers

A branded Client Space, with no direct links to your suppliers

Your client opens the link to their trip. In the address bar: the name of software they have never heard of. On the map: the hotel's website, one click away from booking direct. 🗺️

‍

The Client Space is often the first tangible contact with your trip. It should speak on behalf of your agency.

‍

Good news: the Ezus Client Space can now be customized from the address all the way to the map, with new settings to protect your role as intermediary.

‍

The problem: a client space that doesn't always look like you

‍

A standard client space does the job. But a few details send the wrong signal.

‍

  • A generic address. The link carries the tool's name, not your agency's.
  • An imposed typeface, different from your brand guidelines.
  • Links to your suppliers. The client sees the hotel, clicks, and can book without you.
  • Sharing you don't control. The share button doesn't belong on every project.

‍

What's changing: your brand, from the URL to the map 🎨

‍

Your own subdomain

Instead of docs.ezus.io/family-trip-to-italy, your clients receive trip.youragency.com/family-trip-to-italy. The subdomain applies to your Client Spaces and your Web Pages alike. With multiple brands, you set up one domain per brand.

‍

Your font, your tabs

  • The Client Space default font can be changed to match your brand guidelines.
  • Tabs are arranged to fit each project: Planning, Map, Documents, Web Pages, or an Iframe to embed external content. A web proposal can become a tab in the Client Space.
  • The share button can be shown or hidden, per project or by default.

‍

Suppliers on show, with no clickable link

The Map tab can display a supplier's name and address without a link to its website. Your client knows where they will stay, without being invited to book direct.

‍

Your link everywhere in your documents

A "Client Space URL" variable can be inserted into your templates: Google Slides, Web Pages, mailbox emails. And your online vouchers can display the logo of the relevant brand.

‍

A real-world example

‍

👉 A client receives the link to their honeymoon in Japan.

‍

Before: a generic address, and a map where every ryokan links to its booking site.

‍

Now: the address carries your agency's name, the font is yours, and the map shows the accommodation with its address, with no direct booking link. Your client stays in your world.

‍

What you gain day to day 🚀

‍

  • A consistent brand image, from the proposal to the travel booklet.
  • Reassured clients, thanks to an address they recognize.
  • Your role as intermediary protected: fewer chances to book without you.
  • A Client Space built for each project, with only the tabs that matter.

‍

Good to know before you activate ℹ️

‍

  • The custom subdomain is available from the Premium plan. It is set up with a CNAME record at your DNS provider, with the proxy disabled, then our team finalizes it on the Ezus side.
  • Your old URLs keep working: they lead to the same Client Space.
  • Need your Client Spaces to appear on Google, for example to share your sample projects? Indexing is enabled on request through your Account Manager.

‍

The Client Space is your shop window

‍

Between signing and departure, the Client Space is where your client comes back most often. Every detail there speaks about you.

‍

Making it your own extends the quality of the trip all the way into the tool that presents it.
